Switch operates perfectly although there is some minor melting from a cookie sheet being placed atop the switch. Damage of both parts is cosmetic only and does not affect performance. Vent grate not included and photographed only as reference. Switch has been no longer available from the manufacturer for over a decade.

Switch is part number 204221. Genuine OEM used single speed fan and oven light switch escutcheon from a Jenn Air D156 range. Escutcheon has some corrosion where the vent sits over it but is hidden somewhat.
