Not sure if they would clean out with extensive cleaning but do come off soap and water. The bottom wall support large section with holes and top rail have some light scratches but as these are mounting pieces not seen when installed. The top cover with shelf is still covered protective film but may have some scratches on areas that are not by plastic. The bottom cover large stainless steel piece without holes is portion of backsplash that seen when installed and has damage - scratches dents on one end some staining marks in areas.

Photos of the installed item can also be found online. There is a v shaped dent on one end see photo and indent the other. Backsplash is new - never installed but was damaged due to poor packing.

Not sure if those are supposed to be there but I am including them in my photos and. Overall, the condition is good. Ge monogram ZXADJB36PSS 36 inch adjustable back splash w warming shelf - as is. There is a package with screws but not sure if they are the correct ones since this was an open box.
